Payments

A deposit of 40% is required on booking our services, the balance is to be paid 30 days before commencement of the tour. Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than 30 days before the tour begins. The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments this is because of the strict terms the hotels and lodges apply.

Cancellation

In case of a cancellation, cancellation fees shall be applied as follows:

60 to 30 Days amounts to 30% of the total cost of Services.

29 to 15 Days amounts to 50% of the total cost of Services.

14 to 0 days amounts to 100% of the total cost of Services.

If the client cuts short the safari no refund.

No show amounts to No refund.

Tour Alterations

The Company reserves the right to alter prior arrangements of the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.

Liability

Travel poses risks. You are therefore advised to take adequate insurance cover as we accept no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever. We and our agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to safaris. The appropriate law of the country dictates our liability to passengers.

Kenya Epic Safaris believes that strong electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. We pledge not to release your personal data to anyone else without your consent.

1. What information does Kenya Epic Safaris gather and how is it used?
At present we only collect information which customers voluntarily submit on booking/enquiry forms, by fax/telephone and messages sent via email.

2. With whom does Kenya Epic Safaris share the information they gather?
The information collected in the manner as described above, is shared only with the service principals (e.g. accommodation establishments, ground operators, airlines etc.) as far as it is necessary to make, book and pay for your travel arrangements.
